Opinions are every where, the choice to accept or reject them is absolutely ours to make. Sometimes we find ourselves on paths we should have avoided, because we listened to the opinions of others. The only opinion that should matter to you is yours. Marching to the beat of your own drum becomes easier when you flex that Trust muscle. The more you trust yourself the more your self confidence grows. Embrace the fact that you won’t have all the answers and you won’t always get it right. Having the unwavering belief that you will remain kind and compassionate towards yourself inspite of the results of your choices and actions is the embodiment of self-trust. After all “self confidence is a super power. Once you start to believe in yourself. Magic starts happening.” Unknown
Trust yourself, create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.

When you prove to yourself that you are dependable, reliable, and you have unwavering faith in your abilities the world presents opportunities for you to continuously prove, nurture and build your self-trust. You are here for a purpose and there is something only you can do. So do the work and be intentional with all aspects of your life! Your thoughts, speech, behavior and message must all be intentional. As you do the work, remember having regret is a natural response to choices we’ve made if the outcome is unsatisfactory. Learning to forgive yourself and processing the regret is a necessary part of the journey.

As yourself-trust increases so to does your sense of self and the knowledge that you can do anything you set your mind to. This in turn heightens the belief that anything you imagine with feeling is yours. A growing self-trust will help you appreciate the infinite wisdom that created you. This infinite wisdom or your inner voice can at times play the role of the inner critic and you need to learn when the criticism is constructive and when it isn’t. Learn to silence the critic if you begin to feel unworthy and have self-doubt. Engaging in negative self talk diminishes your self-trust. Instead speak life into yourself and affirm the good you know and recognize within you.
Stay present in the moment. Being in the now; helps you stay grounded and prevents you from agonizing over the past and obsessing with the future. Reflecting is a useful practice if the intent is to re-visit the evidence that you are capable of achieving success. Reviewing lessons learnt in the past in order to make better decisions will surely set you up for success. There is magic waiting to flow from you if you are willing to let it. Be open to the lessons you will learn on your journey and trust that you will always have your back. Be kind to yourself and remember life isn’t meant to break you it’s meant to build you.
